Started as a mere social media page One Stop Kitchen is the brainchild of Rahul Hazarika. Founded on April 2017 One Stop Kitchen is Northeast India’s 1st Cloud Kitchen. During this brief tenure One Stop Kitchen has been awarded twice as the Best Cloud Kitchen of Guwahati and once recognized for Setting Benchmark Through Innovation. On 2018 Abhilash Baruah joined and co-founded OSK Food & Technology Pvt. Ltd. along with Rahul Hazarika on October 2019. OSK Food & Technology Pvt. Ltd. was incubated by Assam Startup The Nest (An Initiative by Assam Govt. & IIM Calcutta) along with being the first few food tech start-up to be registered under Start-up India from the region. On 2020 OSK Food & Technology Pvt. Ltd. became the 1st Food Tech start-up from the region to be VC funded.
OSK, a cloud kitchen which has received milestones with a short tenure of time. Well someone has correctly quoted "United we stand divided we fall", as the success of OSK is concerned, all the young and fresh minds are to be credited for being the pillar of strength and accomplishment. With a total no. of 11 potential mindset OSK team tries it's best to serve its purpose as promised. The cloud kitchen has employed graduates mostly from IHM, with an overall working experience of 10+ years, with best possible supporting and professional behaviour. Rahul Hazarika, the founder of OSK, believes in lazing around the entire day but working smartly. He is one of the youngest entrepreneurs of the country based out of Guwahati. He completed his Masters in Business Administration from Alliance University. He has a 6 year experience in the F&B service industry. He is looking forward to expanding the brand in the city and beyond. He himself being a food lover, has passionately shared his keen interest over serving all the foodie heart, is what makes him a role model move for generations to become.

Abhilash Baruah firmly believes in execution based planning and maintaining excel sheets on fleek. He is a Market- Research Professional based out of Guwahati. He completed his Masters in Business Administration from ICFAI Hyderabad. He joined as a Managing Partner in One Stop Kitchen in October 2018. He is currently strategizing on OSK’s corporations and the product and service pipeline of the company.

AABHISHEK BEDI VERMA
Aabhishek is the cupcake and protein promoter of OSK. After his graduation from IHM Guwahati, started his culinary journey from Lalit Intercontinental group of hotels. He also has experience as an on board chef for carnival Cruise (Miami and Florida). He joined HealthyCo after successful stints as faculty in IHM and he was also running his own Health Food brand, The healthy bowl.

The right hand of our Head Chef is a graduate from IHM Guwahati in food production and patisseries with experience in hotels like Raddison Blue and Vivanta by Taj, Guwahati.

Kabir is the cardinal of the tech team and is a developer with a demonstrated history of working in the technology industry. Skilled in Python, openCV, Laravel, Android, Firebase, Ionic and c++ currently focusing on Computer Vision. He is a strong engineering professional with a Bachelor’s Degree focused in Computer from Royal School of Engineering and Technology. He has an insane level of drive for visual perception and it’s underlying meaning through technology.

Another backbone of our tech team is from Nagaon completed his Masters in computer application from the most popular engineering college of Assam i.e. “AEC, Jalukbari”. Aatreyee aka Zee, has been working in the Management and PR field since her college days. After graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from Kamala Nehru College, Delhi University, she began her full time career as Marketing and Management executive in different agencies and handled Public relations for multiple artists from the entertainment industry in Delhi. Her love for organising gigs and managing works with a pinch of sombre attitude made her choose this career.
